We highly recommend Colborne Veterinary Clinic. Our cat was in a very bad way with a blocked urinary tract and his bladder was completely full. They took him in right away and gave him the emergency treatment he needed. He is recovering now and getting back to his normal self. They were very professional and followed up to make sure he was doing alright. Thank you for all your efforts! Jim & Lori

We are beyond grateful to the teams at Burford Veterinary Clinic and Colborne Veterinary Clinic for the exceptional, compassionate, and truly lifesaving care they provided to our girl. From the moment we arrived, we were met with professionalism, calm reassurance, and genuine kindness during an high stress situation. We have been clients of the Burford clinic for nearly five years through our kennel and have built a deep level of trust in Dr. Arora and his entire team. That trust was never more evident than in this moment. The care, attention, and respect shown to our girl, Kai, meant everything to us. The team did absolutely everything possible to ensure she was in the best hands, and we felt that every step of the way. What touched us deeply was learning that some staff came in on their day off to provide the lifesaving surgery Kai needed. That level of dedication, compassion, and commitment goes far beyond a job — it speaks to the heart of who you are as caregivers. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Fernandes, Dr. Arora, Laura, Tori, Tammy, Megan, Amber, and all of the staff who supported us throughout this journey. While we may not remember every name, please know this — your faces, your words, and your actions have stayed with us and will never be forgotten. The teamwork, communication, and compassion shown were extraordinary. You treated Kai as if she were your own, took the time to explain everything with patience and care, and carried us through an incredibly difficult moment with such professionalism and heart. Because of you, her life was saved — something we will forever be grateful for!! I truly cannot commend these clinics highly enough. This is not my regular vet, but in a pinch when my dog was choking and what I though ... dying in front of me this was who we called and I'm so happy we did! They took us in right away even with no leash as I was in pure panic mode. They were calming and took her into the back right away and pulled out a lodged bone from her throat! Thank you all so much for taking care of her and making me feel comfortable.

Our recents experiences at Colborne were exceptional. While vacationing in Port Dover we required veterinarian care for both our dogs. Suddenly and sadly we had to say goodbye to our 16 year old shih tzu Faux Pas. The staff at Colborne were able to attend to her on an emergency basis and gently guide us through the difficult decision to let her go. A few days later our golden Jenny, who loves to swim, developed hot spots and an ear infection. Colborne arranged a prompt appointment and provided caring treatment and follow up. I want to start off by saying thank you from the bottom of my heart to the Colborne veterinarian clinic. You guys as an entire team are extremely professional and great at what you do and truly are amazing compassionate people. One of my most challenging toughest days of my life, you guys help me through it. My best Buddy in the entire universe, DALLAS 🐶💙🙏 Was taken with such great care I swear he thought he was at ,club med 🌴or some Sunny Beach in Jamaica 🌴, eating chicken and steak! (I swear!) So I thank you so much for that , Truly. Thank you for taking such great care of my best friend. I am so grateful and thankful. as time passes, I can share the most amazing memories of my best buddy, and it brings me Comfort to know not only did he NOT suffer any pain…But he’s also Back running at 150 miles an hour top speed like the way I know he can 🐶💙⚡️⚡️ Best running partner on the plant!!! I know my grandparents are spoiling him up above… Special thanks to Rachel, Peyton and Dr. Patel… Everyone was fantastic. I just really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
