Cochrane roofing just completed our roof in Cochrane earlier timeframe than first expected. Estimate was done the day following inquiry. Great communication by Lindsay to myself and our tenant. I like the fact there is a post completion inspection for proper cleanup as well as the pictures of the completed project which i easily forwarded to our insurance company for updating. Easy to deal with and would definitely recommend !

Cochrane roofing just completed my roof and I thought I share with everyone my experience with this company. We were one of the houses hit by the hail of August 2024. When I was getting quotes from different companies, Cochrane roofing stood out because of its positive reviews online. I knew nothing about the company but decided that I should contact them to find out more. Lindsay has been amazing in all the online correspondence. She explained and kept me up to date with the progress. Once we had warmer weather, she got the men to start working on my roof. I have nothing but good words to mention about Lindsay as I think she went above and beyond. A big portion of why we decided to go with Cochrane roofing was because of her. 2 men came and worked on installing the rubber roof on our house. Lee and Harry were respectful and polite. They made sure that at the end of everyday, they do a proper cleanup, leaving no debris behind. They are such a workhorse and it made me realize how they were committed in installing my roof properly. At the end of the installation, the men came by the next day to make sure that they clean up the eavestroughs and picked up the nails. The big bin was removed right away. I would not hesistate to recommend to anyone. Tell them that Kai Sin has recommended you and they will take care of you. Thanks again Cochrane Roofing

Requested a large amount of brackets for the 60 feet of rain gutters that were destroyed in the August hail storm. They had my supplies 2 days later. Much appreciated.

I emailed Rippy’s at 5am on Friday, they color matched Friday afternoon and the repairs were completed by 5pm on Saturday!!!!! This is the second time we used Rippy’s and this service is consistent with what we experienced last time. Personally, I will never call a different roofing company!
