My experience with Harleen has been absolutely incredible! Her passion for her work shines through every step of the process. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure you feel completely at ease, and she tailors everything to perfectly match your face, style, and the vibe of any event. Had an amazing first experience here… I booked online (easy and convenient at all hours) and when I showed up staff welcomed me into their lounge and offered an assortment of beverages whilst I was waiting for my stylist. Harleen exceeded my expectations. She continued to make sure I was comfortable throughout my “spa day” (it truly was!) I will definitely be returning here and to her specifically! Brought my 12 year old daughter in to get a cut/style with Jaida yesterday. Jaida was amazing, so kind, talked to her and walked her through all of the steps as she was doing them. Her hair turned out soooo lovely and she is feeling beautiful and will be back in the future.

Very clean, bright and spacious salon. Everyone is friendly and there’s a nice little lounge area with drinks while you wait. Ive seen Jeanne multiple times now and she does amazing work every time. If you’re looking to have your hair done in vivids I highly recommend her friendly service!

Great first experience! After checking in, I was directed to a lounge seating area while I waited and offered a complimentary drink. There were a variety of options including water, coffee options, tea and more. I didn't have a preference for a stylist and I got paired with Veronica. She was very friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable as she worked on my haircut, and she was knowledgeable in answering my questions. I appreciated that as she worked on my hair she checked in with me to approve the lengths as we went, giving me to the opportunity to provide feedback rather than ending up with a haircut shorter than expected. Would definitely recommend. Before completing the cut, she did a hair wash and scalp massage for me which was very nice. After the massage, she completed the cut, styled my hair and blow-dried. I'm very happy with the new cut. The price was exceptional for a long haircut + wash and scalp massage, roughly $65-70 in total. Definitely a lot more affordable than a typical salon would charge, and without the added complimentary drink, wash and scalp massage. The South Surrey location is a modern new shop and salon. the front of the store is their shop where they sell hair products, and towards the back is the salon. The entire space is fairly open, organized and aesthetic. The salon/store location I went to is located in the south point plaza, very easy to get to with lots of parking available. There are several shops, cafes and stores around. Save on Foods, Canadian Tire, Staples, Home Sense, Dollarama, Starbucks, Wendy's, Tim Hortons, Kaffina Coffee, and much more. Even several restaurants in the vicinity like Cactus Club, and Banana Leaf.
