Just wanted to write another recommendation for using Coastal Roofing Cleaning; we used them for a second time now, the first was two years ago. We messaged them on Wednesday as we were looking to have our house gutters (interior & exterior) done, they messaged back within a few hours that they were actually in our city and could do it that day! Unfortunately we weren’t expecting that, and had other plans for the day, so declined that option. They said they’d message us when they were out our way again, we received a message on Friday that they could come on Monday, perfect! I asked them what time we could expect them, they replied with a time. I did receive an email on Monday that they would be an hour or so later than expected…it was nice to be informed and not wondering. Mike and Rob came and did a great job again. Our gutters are clean inside and out and they cleaned up the debris in our yard from the cleaning with accuracy. We couldn’t be more pleased, and will use them again down the road. We have no hesitation in recommending them for your house chore needs. Thanks again guys!

Rob and Mike did a fantastic job of cleaning our roof. I am very happy with the results. Our roof was full of moss and they came in and did their thing! Communication and scheduling were easy. When I had questions, they gave me prompt and thorough explanations, which I appreciated. I will be using them again, and I would recommend their services to anyone!

Unlike other services that often run late, they were punctual and thoroughly explained the manufacturer-recommended roof cleaning process. We had our roof, gutters and skylights recently cleaned by Rob & Mike and are very happy with the outcome. They also did a great job cleaning up the moss and debris around the house afterwards. These guys are very professional. The roof and the vinyl siding are a big difference before and after. It was intended to be a one-day job, but due to the roof condition and also the weather, it turned out taking them 3 days, but they did not charge any extra. They even clean the retaining wall and front sidewalk at no additional cost, which are not the items included in the quote. One day they came a little bit late, they email me and let me know right away, which really shows how they care about their customer. I highly recommend them & will definitely use their service again in the future.
