I can't believe it! We had our sectional couch cleaned and I am amazed at how good it looks. We live with two goblin children and have an off-white couch. Bad combo, but Andrew completely renewed it. We are very pleased with the experience overall, from booking, to the reasonable quote, to the great result!

I spoke on the phone with the loviest lady, Elaine, and she was incredibly helpful. I learned a lot about which type of rugs last, especially with little ones in the home. She sure knows her stuff and was so generous with her time. While I haven't had carpet cleaning done with Coastal Cleaners, because we've decided to invest in a different, longer-lasting rug instead of keeping our current one, I would still very much recommend this local shop after the call I had. I will certainly use their services in the future for our new rug. I can tell that they put a lot of care into the work they do and genuinely want what is best for you and your family. Elaine even mentioned that they pick up and deliver your rug too after it is all clean! Thanks again, Elaine!

We are totally happy with Coastal Cleaners’ work. Andrew gave a reasonable quote, arrived at the time agreed upon, worked efficiently and quickly. He cleaned some sofas and a banquette with loose cushions plus the cushions for our patio furniture. He let me know that there was one stain that couldn’t be removed no matter what he did, so we were aware of that. Well done!

We've used Coastal Cleaners many times in our estate work. They are absolutely excellent in everything they do and 100% reliable. I love that Elaine always answers the phone. It's so easy to arrange a job and deal with any of the particulars around parking and access. The service technician, Andrew, does amazing diligent work. Often we see carpets in very bad shape but nonetheless they need to be cleaned in order to list the house. I especially value that Andrew can get the smell out of a carpet without leaving a haze of artificial scent. Having access to that level of service is something our clients always appreciate.
