My dog had a “hot spot” under his tail and I phoned this vet and they immediately calmed me down and saw him same day. They have kept in constant contact with me since I have left, making sure my Harley boy is comfortable and able to heal properly. I am so impressed by this vet clinic from the front desk girls, to the assistants and the vet. Thank you everyone for taking care of my boy! You won’t be disappointed if you chose this vet clinic!

I had a wonderful experience at this vet office. The front reception staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment I arrived. The vet tech was thorough and thoughtful in his assessment, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Pannu was amazing. She even remembered my cat from before her adoption, which meant so much to me. As a first-time cat owner, I really appreciated how knowledgeable, gentle, and informative she was. She took the time to explain the process clearly and made sure I felt confident and supported. I will absolutely be keeping this clinic as my cat’s main veterinary provider and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care.

We are so impressed and pleased with this animal hospital and their services after having had some 'not so great' experiences at other places in the past. The team at Coastal City offer genuine compassion for our dog and extra kindness to us humans especially when having to make hard decisions regarding a care plan. They always seem to get us in quickly when a visit is required or we just have some concerns. Their hours offer us a lot of flexibility which is a huge bonus. I never feel rushed through an appointment and they always spend the needed time to answer any questions I have, which sometimes is a lot!! I also greatly value that they always check in after a visit to see how our old boy is doing. He actually loves going to this vet despite having had some very invasive, although necessary treatments there. (Surgeries for hematoma's in both his ears, teeth cleaning and a canine tooth extraction, stitches in his paw, etc.) This is a true testament to how well he is cared for and loved there. We have had the experience of several different doctors, technicians & assistants while attending this clinic and each one has been friendly, knowledgeable, and given us cost efficient advice which we very much appreciate since we often have a limited budget to work within. Our dog is now nearly 13 and we feel very comfortable that we will get the best care and advice as he approaches his final time here on earth with us. We highly recommend the team at Coastal City Animal Hospital and feel happy to share this review.

I called because my amazing dog was very sick and I knew it was time. I couldn't get into see any other vet but they were willing to fit me in. Sure enough we had to put our 12 1/2 yr old down they were AMAZING gave us time explained everything. A week later we received a beautiful card with her paw print and a little note from each of the staff. THANK YOU SO MUCH

We have been taking our pug to this clinic for 4 years now and they are the best in town. Very responsive, a lot of the times they have same day appointments available. Our dog loves coming to the vet, everyone here are animal lovers and truly care. Highly recommend
