I’ve been going to Coastal Auto for about 2 years and they are incredibly fair, honest mechanics. Keegan worked on my car today. My car has some unique parts that are more costly to replace but instead of immediately resorting to the most expensive repair, Keegan came up with a creative, reliable solution for an very reasonable price and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve never experienced any push for unnecessary repairs. They’ve always been very forthcoming about costs, and they have been very educational about how my car is running, and what I might need to look out for. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Excellent service from Matteo, my wife recently brought her 2015 Ford escape in for a transmission service, and Matteo did an outstanding job. He was professional, honest, and really took the time to explain what needed to be done. The car is running smoother than it has in a long time, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Matteo’s attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free. We truly appreciate the quality of his mechanical work and the care he put into servicing the vehicle. It was my first time at coastal, My friend recommended me, Wow I was extremely impressed! I have been through so much with my car, I should have came here first, Friendly staff, Trusted mechanic, reasonable fast & knowledgeable. They provided me with full details. Prior coming here no one knew what the problem was with my car, but Mario Amazed me he is the best in town! Got a screw in the rear passenger tire of my Mercedes E350, and they fixed it up in about 15 minutes. These guys were awesome and really saved me in the last minute! Super grateful for the quick help!
