I had a wonderful experience with Kelly. She took the time to clearly explain each step of the treatment, which made me feel very comfortable and informed throughout the session. She really listened to my concerns about my sore arms and back and focused on those areas with great care and attention. I felt noticeable relief afterward and truly appreciated her professionalism and expertise. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive massage therapist.

After looking at the reviews to find a good physio for my 13 yr old boy. I assumed we could go wrong with a place with a 4.8 rating. We were sadly mistaken. The physio kept saying : “I don’t think you’re going to want to come back…” made me believe that he actually did isn’t want us to come back. When the session was done at the top of the hour, there was no homework or recommendations given. Physio left in a hurry and said we’ll see you next week… Then we waiting as the receptionist was on the phone for 5 min without addressing us. So we left… I got a phone call 45 min later. “Uhhh you guys left without paying, can you come back and pay?” I paid online the next day when I asked for a link to pay. All to say, we don’t have insurance as I’m a business owner, myself. And spending that kinda of money on such poor quality of service is what is forcing me to comment. There are more events that follow but I don’t want to waste anymore time on this situation.

Ian Ng is a very knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding massage therapist. He takes the time to listen and genuinely tries to address the root of your symptoms. His approach is effective yet gentle, and he clearly understands how to treat the body without causing unnecessary discomfort. I felt comfortable, respected, and well cared for throughout the session.

Yuan Che (Sam) Huang, has a truly healing touch. They took the time to listen to all my issues and made me feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere in the clinic is incredibly calming. I’ve seen some improvements in my, neck, shoulders, back, and hips, and am so grateful for his expertise and compassionate approach. Five stars!
