These guys are the best! On a Saturday evening they stayed back to help me and my cat. I wanted to see them before rushing down to Vancouver from Pemberton, and they did everything they could, but determined emergency care was required, so I went to Atlas in the city. After returning home from Atlas 3 days later, they offered lots of post procedure care and even allowed me to bring my cat in for a check to see everything was good, at no charge. They also noticed he could be on better medication, so provided that. The care, customer service and empathy of all staff really helped me through this tough time and the after procedure check-in was something I haven’t had from a Vet before. Pet insurance saved me and my cat, and the staff at Coast Mtn Vet were amazing in providing the detailed information needed, again taking the time after my visit to write an in depth report, not just the usual medical records. I couldn’t recommend this business enough. Thanks to Dr Jayme, Megan and the front of house staff Alessia, Sadie and Rachel.

We were in town from Seattle and as soon as our pup got out of the car he fell over, couldn’t walk straight and was falling asleep in our arms. I called Coast Mountain Vet and they were kind enough to see him right away even though they were closing in 20 minutes. As soon as he walked in they knew exactly what was wrong. He ingested weed when we stopped to let him out for a potty break a couple hours prior to arrival. They were reassuring and knowledgeable and were just incredible all around. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and so thankful they were there when we needed them. Highly recommend and wish we were closer to make them our primary vet!

Our 1 year old duck toller is at Coast Mountain Vets and we've visited for his appointments so far. He is a super sweet, high energy, smart young dog who is a complete love bug with his people and other dogs but takes his time to warm up to strangers, so naturally the vets is asking a lot of him (its full of strangers!) Alice and Megan have been AMAZING with our pup, they are so understanding of his quirks and have made his visits smooth and stress free giving him space and time to warm up. We came in for our dog’s diarrhea, but left with so much more—thanks to the incredible care of this clinic. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly, including precautions we should take. I really appreciated the way they handled the visit: friendly, relaxed, and focused on the welfare of our dog in such a genuine, person-to-person way. The atmosphere was calm and reassuring, and every interaction made us feel supported and cared for. This was probably the best vet experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care for their pets!

Christy answered the phone when I first called, and was so patient and kind. She was able to get me scheduled, and was great communicating expectations for my spicy cat. At the actual appt, the Dr. Sola and Sydney were very patient with my cat Mogli. He was the best he has been at the vet, and the doctor was able to even look in his mouth and feel his belly with minimal complaint from him. I appreciate the time and care put into our visit, it was above and beyond. Dr. Sola was thorough in explanations, options and worked with me to come up with the best plan for my family and pet. I hope everyone that walks into any vet clinic shows staff the same kindness, patience, and respect that they show our beloved pets. #NOMV
