One word that describes this clinic... AMAZING! Staff are friendly, caring, personable and welcoming. I feel like my pet is cared about and treated like family as soon as you walk in the door. Vets are very knowledgeable and love to educate their clients which I love as I find vet medicine very interesting and the techs and reception are helpful and easy to talk too. Plus this practice is one of the few that are privately owned so their prices are fair and you dont get treated like a $$$ sign like you would with a corporately owned practice. Highly recommend this clinic.

Today I had to put my cat Bella to sleep the ladies were so kind and gentle they took there time to explain how things were going to go it was the hardest day ever thank-you ladies for you kindness and compassion

The absolute best veterinarians, techs and office staff around. Women owned and women run. Top notch care and compassion. We have been with them for 10 years through 3 dogs and 4 cats.

We had our Foater dog Koffee in for Neutering this week Our situation was kinda tricky, dealing with me the foster and the new family that adopted him. THe clinic and staff and Dr. KARI were so helpful and professional.. Koffee did great and I also want to say their pricing for a Crypt case was almost 500.00 cheaper than Taber and Lethbridge .. I don't understand why Vetrinary clinics can't be more or less what's the word on board with pricing that is similar..
