We are new to Coaldale and a neighbour recommended Coaldale Dental. After my appointment for a cleaning and checkup I will say that from walking in to walking out it was a positive and friendly experience. The ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful, my appointment was professional, friendly and I felt that my concerns and questions were acknowledged and answered. Would highly recommend.

Admittedly, I haven't been to the dentist in several years. I chose this dentist office based on their good reviews. The hygienist was great and so was the dentist. I felt at ease despite being anxious about being there. A great experience and I'll be sure to return.

Fantastic environment and staff. I have medical anxiety and hadn't been to a dentist in 10+ years. From the front desk staff to the hygienists and dr, everyone treats you with respect and dignity. No one was pushy at all, and that's big for me personally as I tend to not return to places that are like that. I think the only thing I was disappointed in was that I didn't get to pick out a toy afterwards, especially since I sat so well. Hopefully I'll get one next time. (Kidding😆) Over all a great clinic with amazing and friendly staff. Thank you to everyone I dealt with today, you made this feel like a safe experience and I really appreciate that. The care you all took really helped remove almost all the anxiety I felt and I will 100% be back and recommend this clinic to people in a similar situation as myself.

I had not been to a dentist in years due to anxiety and a bad experience. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcome and comfortable. Everyone was so kind. They listened to my concerns and fears. I cannot recommend this place enough. I will forever be a patient here!
