Love CMP Nails & Esthetics in Maple Ridge! No matter which tech you get, your nails will look absolutely stunning. They’re all incredibly talented—especially if nail art is your thing. Designs are always flawless, and the attention to detail is next level. The salon has a clean, relaxing vibe and I always leave feeling pampered and polished. Highly recommend!

Emmy does amazing work! She’s incredibly gentle and thorough and makes sure everything is just the way I want it, and spots any rough edges before I leave. My nails are always flush to the cuticle, smooth, and perfectly rounded. She always has a gorgeous set of nails on herself any time I see her too! The shape of hers always inspires mine. All the staff are friendly and funny, and the place looks clean (as clean as a nail salon can be haha) and super welcoming. The TV is a huge bonus. Booking a day or two in advance is easy too, there’s always room for you and rarely any wait time. The colours they have are super awesome too, especially if you’re a bold colour fan, and the gel lasts forever. I went over a month with the same nail set and all I lost was the clear coat. 10/10, 5 stars, I’d give 100 if I could. Also, these have been the same nail tips for at least 2 months now. I’m very rough on my hands and these have not even budged, even when I accidentally yank them at work. The glue they use is insane and the acrylic is VERY strong. :) This is the first nail salon I ever went to and from day 1 I refused to go to another. The prices are also SUPER reasonable. Also the front desk guy is awesome and super funny.

Love this salon. Mona went out of her way to make sure I had the colour I wanted. Excellent attention to detail and always good service.

Although I had good customer service at the salon, my shallac nails started chipping 4 days after getting a manicure. Normally when I get my nails done it last at least 3 sometimes even 4 weeks before I have a chip or need to redo my nails. I didn’t do anything too extreme with my nails either, so the quality is not the greatest, or in my experience hasn’t been.

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I booked a gel manicure for 5:15pm online (1 week in advance). I show up at 5:10pm, and they have me wait till someone's available. No problem. They had me wait for 50 minutes!! Just when I'm about to walk out, finally someone becomes available. The woman they had doing my nails had no idea what she was doing! It was a full hour of her digging into my cuticles, and rubbing them with acetone. I can't even describe how painful. Worst of all every single nail was uneven and crooked. The polish was streaky and all over my fingers. At 7pm, another worker stepped in and completely re-did the polish. That took another 30 mins. Because they close at 7, the usual lotion, massage, hot towel was all skipped as they were rushing to get out the door. It was 7:30pm when I finally got to leave. I was offered NO apology. I was at the salon for 2.5 hours for a simple manicure!!!!!! My cuticles are extremely damaged and irritated, and there is polish STILL all over my fingers. I cannot believe they charged me for this horrible experience! What a waste of time and money.

Honest review from a customer who was excited to visit this place based on previously read reviews. My pictures below are the results from only after 10 days after my appointment coming back from Maui vacation. This means no laundry, dishes, or any form of labor. The salon- friendly staff is well organized, with plenty of color choices and options. The chairs have massage options, which is a bonus. What I didn't like is how incredibly strong the air is - odor like acetone and chmiscals. I have no idea how poor staff works there all day breathing this - so unhealthy. They need to invest in a good ventilation ac system. I've been to plenty of other salons and I've never experienced anything like that. It hits you in the face as soon as you walk in. I stayed there for an hour and a half and I couldn't wait to leave. Prices are way more than other salons as well for the same services. I'm not sure why my nails peeled and started chipping at the end of my vacation day 9. Some even broke. I was forced to cut all of them and will be removing the gel in order to put normal nail polish. Normally, gel would last me until they grow pretty well about a month and just at that time. I'd see a sign of glue separation from the nail. I have two vacations coming up in December and was hoping that the nails would last me well until the end of December. I am very disappointed with the service and quality of products. I know my nails are healthy and strong as I don't use gel on a regular basis and only when I travel extensively.
