I strongly do NOT recommend this gym. The annual contract policy was not clearly disclosed on the day of sign-up, and once you’re locked in, it feels like a rip-off. Key terms were vague, rushed, or conveniently overlooked until it was too late. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. The facility itself is also in poor condition. The gym is noticeably smelly, poorly ventilated, and not clean. For a place that claims to support health and wellness, the hygiene standards are shockingly low. Parking is a nightmare, especially during peak hours. Be prepared to waste time circling for a spot or park far away — not something you want before or after a workout. Overall, this gym prioritizes contracts over customers. Please do your research and ask very detailed questions before signing anything — or better yet, look elsewhere.

I deeply regret ever giving Trevor Linden Fitness my bank details. This place operates more like a scam than a gym. I registered on January 8th and submitted my cancellation notice on January 26th because I am moving. It is absolutely ridiculous that for a membership lasting less than 20 days, they still felt entitled to charge me. I gave my notice well before the annual fee was due, yet they still charged me $52.49 for a fee that wasn’t even scheduled until February 22nd. I used this gym exactly once for 30 minutes, and they still robbed me of over $50 for a year I will never use. To make matters worse, I requested a refund for my 5 unused personal training sessions. Their response? 'Your refund will be approved in one month.' Why does it take 30 days to return money for services never rendered? It’s a ridiculous policy designed to hold onto your cash as long as possible. I am now genuinely worried they will keep finding 'ridiculous reasons' to pull more money from my account. If you are looking for a gym in Vancouver/Burnaby, go to Anytime Fitness or Planet Fitness. They are cheaper, better, and actually respect their members. Trevor Linden Fitness has zero integrity. Save your money and your sanity—stay far away from this place."

Worst gym and experience ever! You pay cheap membership rates, but it’s absolutely not worth it. Many machines have been broken for a long time and never get fixed. Finding a parking spot is a nightmare, especially after 4–5 pm. Many drivers block the ramp while waiting to pick up their kids from the dance school, so you can easily spend 40-60 minutes stuck in your car just trying to park. On top of that, their cancellation policy is extremely restrictive, even if you’re out of the city or the country. They also charge a $52 yearly fee for “enhancements” that you never see reflected in the gym (other gyms don’t charge this). While the membership may be cheaper overall, saving $10–15 biweekly isn’t worth it when you can pay slightly more for a much better gym experience elsewhere.

The staff are kind, attentive, and helpful. I really appreciated being warmly greeted by a young male staff member and a female representative as I was leaving—it made me feel genuinely cared for. I usually use She’s Fit, and the facilities are consistently clean and well organized. The fitness equipment is upgraded and up to date. I truly enjoy coming to this gym.

I’ve had the joy of being part of Trevor Linden gym for the past 10 years, and it truly feels like my second home. Recently, the gym has undergone wonderful updates with new machinery, making it even more enjoyable to work out without having to wait for equipment. But the real treasure is the staff! From the moment I walk in, Hadassa and Jayla greet me with warm smiles and cheerful “good mornings” that brighten my day. They feel like daughters to me, and their kindness makes each visit special. KAREN, the supervisor, is nothing short of amazing—always friendly and welcoming. She wishes me a good day as I leave, creating a sense of community that I cherish. The gym is always clean and well-kept, reflecting the care and pride everyone takes in our space. In the mornings, I’m greeted by familiar faces, and before I even pick up my first set of weights, I’m embracing and chatting with 15 to 20 friends. Nathan, my personal trainer, is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive in my fitness journey. Thanks to this incredible gym and its loving atmosphere, I feel and look like the man I am today.
