I went in to get a PAL picture taken. The staff let me know for a small fee they could submit my paperwork online for me. In ten minutes I had my pic taken and paperwork submitted. The staff were super friendly and knew what they were doing. If you are renewing a PAL and hate dealing with government websites swing into CLS. I don’t think you’ll regret it!!
