What a great experience. The owner Amy did my pedicure, Janine for the facial and Amy for the RMT massage All ladies were professional, nice and accommodating Beautiful, clean spa with staff who are great at their job. Will be back again and again. Thanks for a lovely morning !

I had the most amazing experience with Vienna, Jasmine, and Amy at Cloud Nine Spa! From the moment I arrived, they were super friendly, warm, and welcoming. I had my first facial, and it was truly unforgettable — relaxing, soothing, and so thoughtfully done that I’m already planning my next visit. I also got a pedicure and had such a great time chatting with the girls and getting to know them. They made the whole experience fun, comfortable, and completely enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back! I highly recommend Cloud Nine and these incredible ladies!

I’ve been coming to Cloud Nine for a year now seeing Vienna. This spa is so clean, everyone that works here is so friendly, and it’s a really relaxing environment. Vienna does the best manicures. She really takes her time and is a perfectionist. My nails have never been healthier!

From the moment I walked into Cloud 9 Spa, I felt completely welcomed & at ease. The space is clean, serene & inviting - the kind of place where you instantly know you’re in good hands. I booked the Spa Pedicure & the attention to detail was amazing, & every step of the treatment felt luxurious. Amy was incredibly friendly & professional, making sure I was comfortable & relaxed the entire time. One of the little touches I loved was the selection of teas & coffees available - such a thoughtful detail that made the experience feel even more indulgent. This place is a gem. If you're looking for a spa experience that lives up to its name, Cloud 9 is it. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been coming to this spa for 3 years now and it’s truly my happy place. The staff are always so warm, welcoming, and professional—it feels like visiting friends every time I go. The space is beautifully maintained and impeccably clean, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing. I always book the Indulge Package and it never disappoints. Every service is done with such care and attention to detail. I can’t recommend this spa enough—it’s consistently amazing.
