This is the vet where my 3 dogs have been going since they were puppies. I used to see Dr Laura Frascarelli for years. I have called more than 10x in 2025 and again in January 2026 for an appointment only to be told that she has left but they will not disclose where. There is no other Vet that speaks English well enough for my mother to understand. Dr Frascarelli always believed in a fully bilingual staff and I ALWAYS speak in french at my appointments except my mother who cannot communicate well enough. Extremely disappointed in this lack of service.

Amazing vet clinic, I used to work at a vet clinic so I kinda know what I am talking about :). They are professional, kind and patient. They try their best to find options that helps you and your animal but also respects your budget (as much as possible). They're very knowledgeable and it shows that their priority are the animals. I found everything I was hoping for in a vet clinic by coming here. It is now my regular clinic for my pup and I am always satisfied. The clinic itself is well located, there is parking right in front. It is also always super clean. The staff is very helpful and really try their best to help you in anyway they can. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic, I am very thankful to have found them and that my pup can benefit from their kindness and knowledge! Thank you!

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful staff at Vetinarie Fontaine Blue, and especially to Dr. Laura Frascarelli, for their exceptional care and compassion during a very difficult time. Dr. Laura went above and beyond for our beloved Toby, providing him with the best possible care and taking the time to ensure he was treated gently and kindly every step of the way. When the heartbreaking decision came to let Toby go.Dr. Laura showed extraordinary empathy, even taking the time to follow up with a call to check on how our family was coping. Friendly,efficient and knowledgeable. Went for his annual checkup and also had a concern about Ziggys back leg, he was occasionally limping and after checking it, Dr. Laura diagnosed it right away, nothing serious. Would recommend their services. Dr. Laura also took care of our first pug Gnocchi, who had to be put down to illness at 12yrs old. A very sympathetic and caring staff.

Superb service, I definitely recommend taking your animals here. The vets actually send you texts and follow up on your furry companions.
