the 1 star is not towards the dentist....I finished my appointment then I went to pay the secretary said to me that I had to pay in full because my insurance wasn't a Quebec insurance company so I had to pay in full then my insurance would of paid me.i said so why didn't the other secretary charge me the full amount on my other bill that was charged for x-ray and now you can't do it on this treatment she answered me well its not a quebec insurance I found that a bit racist..

I had an appointment this morning at 11:20am, 2 days ago on Wednesday I had received a text confirmation and I called them to confirm i would be present at my appointment on the Friday. So I took the day of from work to make it to my appointment that I had confirmed I would be present at 100%. I get there at 11:10am to speak to the receptionist just for her to tell me that my appointment had been canceled.....but I've received no call nothing from that saying that they canceled it,then I showed the receptionist the text message and the my call log confirming the appointment and all she tells me is that they must've made a mistake with another patient and they couldn't do anything about it.Not a great first impression to be honest.

I am very touched by the Incredible approach of Dr. Bossé ! He is patient and detailed with explanations to all my questions and implemented crown with a soft touch. Advised against spending money on unnecessary crown because he honestly saw an uncertain outcome. Thats how loyalty is gained. I will not look elsewhere. A very special service from Poppy who made me feel welcomed, she follows up and organizes everything with warmth and passion! Great dental clinique, shows how much care they put into it. They have most of the specialists in the same place. Always answer the calls and book an appointment if you have emergencies.

5 stars is not enough. I had a number of gum graft treatments with several appointments. Dr Truchon and his assistant Kim were excellent and consistent. He's very knowledgeable, experienced, kind. Very professional. From the first day with the consultation I didn't feel coerced to accept treatments from their clinic. There was no pain during or after the treatments. I never took any of the prescribed pain killers, as there was no pain whatsoever. Keep up the nice work!

Amazing service and experience as always from API Laval. I've been coming here since I was ~12 and somehow never had a cavity. Coincidence? Perhaps? The interior decor is already very aesthetic, the client care is even better. They must really take good care of their employees because it really rubs off on the patrons. Love this place, wouldn't recommend any other dental clinic in Laval unless it comes to distance.
