I absolutely loved how relaxing and sensory my experience was! I did the 90 minute total spa, so I had the freedom to go between the steam spa, the dry sauna, the cold water bucket shower (GASP it took my breath away!), but thankfully there was a hot shower ready and waiting right beside it! Lastly, I tried the snow room and it was Narnia esque when the snow came down. I like to fancy there was a little bit of magic in this whole design! The next day I came for the Indulge scalp massage and Facial, and it was wildly awesome. I found no flaw with the service provided - the only flaw was my old bones deciding that laying flat for any extended length of time was not good. Hail to the service! If only they could replace my old skeleton. Ten stars, if I could ❤️❤️ I'll be visiting bimonthly moving forward, for the spa. 🤗

Wow I don't even know where to start, this spa is incredible! The photos on Google really don't do it justice. It's a very well designed and relaxing place. The snow room is an exhilarating experience. I tried the "Cloud Bed" which I now think everyone needs to experience at least once, it's like having a water bed wrapped around you (but you don't get wet) and then you're just suspended floating in warmth. Incredible! Ana gave me an amazing massage. All around an amazing experience!

The dry sauna, steam room, ritual showers, and cryotherapy (snow room) together created the most relaxing experience. From the moment you walk in, everything feels calming and intentional. I slept incredibly well afterward and left feeling deeply refreshed.

My husband and I just had a thermal rituals session at Cleopatra’s Rituals. We were both so looking for to this relaxing experience and it did not disappoint. We both really enjoyed the steam room, sauna and the cold bucket shower. We were provided with electrolytes and water during our 90 minute session. After we were able to have a shower and when we left we felt so warm and relaxed. This is such a great thing to do with a friend or even solo during the cold grey winter months. We will be back for another session and a treatment as well. Thanks so much!

This is the CHEAPEST experience at a spa I have ever had! I went here recently and it cost more than $200. For this price I would at least expect some luxury but no. First of all you have to take your clothes and change in their tiny bathroom. They don't even give you a robe, they give a towel. They tell you to walk out into the main area in a towel half naked to your room by yourself with other men and women around. There is NO SENSE OF PRIVACY OR SAFETY at all. Experience overall was mediocre at best, but still there's more. At the end they shove you back into the tiny bathroom and tell you to blow dry your hair by yourself. For $200 not even a hair dry?? Other spas are litteraly cheaper and more luxurious than this. As you can see from the photos this is not a so called "luxurious spa" as everyone has said it was. Do NOT come to this place save your money spend it elsewhere it is not worth it. Service is terrible for the $230 you spend.
