From initial consultation, to treatment and after care follow up, Clawson Orthodontics was extremely professional and enjoyable to work with. Their scheduling was flexible and accommodating, their office clean and inviting, and the staff were always very friendly and personable. Dr. Stonecypher helped customize a treatment approach that worked for my needs and budget. I am more than happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend his practice to friends and family alike.

Highly recommend Dr. Clawson!! The whole office and his staff are amazing! My son was one of his patients During Covid times,. The office staff and the process of going in and out was so easy quick!!! I can’t Wait to become one of his patients in April is my first appointment 😊

I went to have a consultation at Clawson orthodontics today... the office is impeccably clean, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Very disappointed in this doctor and his staff. Highly recommend calling a different office. They are Prejudice if they get wind, you might be a lower income family. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. If you contact the office to express concerns about a team member, They will lie to the doctor and force him to send you a registered letter to cancel your child’s care. They word it as saving their reputation. Completely unprofessional. A direct violation set out by the Board of orthodontics. All doctors should call parents or patients in the event. They are experiencing difficulties with any of the staff. This office did not pay any of this courtesy. One of the office ladies even made a remark we don’t help people in Canada dental plan As you are lower class, family. This is literally a newly graduated student who doesn’t have much income who has been working part-time as they are a student, And you call this a lower class family that you’re not willing to help yet you wasted four months of their time after consultation in which you left your customer sitting in a room for 45 minutes Past their appointment before you even came to say hello. I could go on and on of so many things that your company has done wrong. I’ll just stop now because you’re going once again pay to have the reviews removed off google. I’ve already documented three other reviews all geared in the same way that you somehow got removed off Google. Good news is I have a Google business account and I have been sharing all the proof, including pictures and videos of these reviews and suddenly they just disappear. Yeah, as if. Doctor should have a higher level of ethical conduct. Shocking to know this business is run very poorly. They have no problem, disrespecting kind people in our community
