The tar paper roof was replaced by Claw Roofing, and there are still two years left on the warranty. The roof started leaking in June 2025, and I reached out to the Claw roofing owner for a permanent repair a month ago, but I haven’t received any confirmation yet. I had Jordan come over and assess my low slope roof at a home I just purchased. He gave me tips to maintain the roof and a expected life expectancy. He gave me honest advice and did not push a sale. I feel like it would have been easy to push a new roof installation but he gave me his honest opinion and answered all my questions. I feel like that kind of customer service is rare these days. I will definitely be reaching out to claw roofing again for my roofing needs.

Jordan was one of the few roofers who even called us back for what we thought was a leaky roof. He swung by immediately and gave us a consultation. It ended up that we had condensation in our roof vent pipe and just needed to turn the fans on properly. Jordan still followed up with us to ensure everything was good to go. A real class act.

Thanks to Jordan and his team at Claws Roofing We thought that installing AC was gonna keep us cool , but it wasn't enough. Jordan came out found the problem right away. After he installed the proper roof vent so the hot air can escape our attic our upstairs was 100 x cooler instantly.

I have used Claw Roofing twice and have always had a positive experience. Jordan is responsive, upfront and fair pricing, punctual, and good communication. Really appreciated the pictures of the job and the good customer service which is becoming more rare. I would recommend Claw Roofing to anyone.
