We had our hot water tank start leaking @ supper time on boxing day which was a friday. I phoned a local company that we have used prior no replies for a few hours, when I was told at least a week to come look, another company could look monday with a $100 charge to come. I called CJ'S, Dustin answered took my info and discussed what needed doing, he arrived Saturday morning with a new tank, removed old one, installed new one. Dustin was professional, prompt and got the job done, he took very good care on not damaging anything going to/from the tank room, we were all fixed by noon. Billing was reasonable. I would not hesitate to using CJ's for future needs and recommend them for others.

They came and repaired a leak and said was repaired.Never went under mobile home to check underbelly.I had a dehumidifier in the bedroom extracting a gallon of water every 24hrs for 2 weeks after the completion of the repair.l had another company come in and replace all the plumbing.Thats when the other leak was discovered.Which had been leaking tor a long time as well as the one leak that was repaired.l called and was told to describe problem,send pictures and tell us what you would like us to do.So l did,sent pictures and asked for my $300.00 back.l got a call back next day and got nothing but excuses.l defended myself and was told l would get a call back.Still waiting.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, INCOMPETENT BUT FRIENDLY. UNTILL THEY GET YOUR MONEY.THEN GOHST YOU.

Amazing service and really helped me out of a Jam. After Gentlemen's Plumbing was going to charge me $600.00 to replace the cartridge or $1300.00 to replace my entire kitchen sink faucet, I thought it was a bit much and called Cj's. He immediately went over to my house, and recognized the problem and replaced my faucet for well under $500.00 where the other plumber was just ripping me off. Thank you for the fast and prompt service. You guys deserve more then 5 stars. Have a nice day!

Call to book an appointment, get confirmation that they will be out in the morning. Took a day off of work, waited all morning, figure they got held up at another job, not an issue as these things happen. I call them to ask roughly what time the tech is planning on showing up, and it turns out he called in sick. No phone call, no communication, and they now want me to wait another day for my furnace to get looked at. Will not be using this company. I understand life happens, but communication to your clients is essential.

If i could give a 0 i would this is Absoulty terrible service. The lady at the office is very rude " sandy" was her name is belive I had a service call in to them on jan4 as my furnace ignitor went out these guys, they sent out a guy that told me he was a plumber 1st And everthing 2nd and I had 2 witnesses here and he was a complete scatter brain he came in and tryed to light the fire sensor 1st with bbq lighter then realized that wasn't the pilot then he tryed to put it 1 ignitor in and he broke it then he tryed to put in a boiler one and realized it wouldn't fit then he found a 3rd that was universal so he says now is has been exactly 36 days since the service call and my furnace was done and now i is blowing cold air and won't ignit meaning that its not working again and I called and they told them and they told me im responsible to pay to have them ,Come out again and replace the part and the labour no warrenty seriously I HAVE A NEW BABY AND THIS IS COMPLETLEY UNACCEPTABLE AND THEY DONT EVEN WANT TO FIX THE PROBLEM I ASK TO SPEAK TO OWNER SO WE WILL SEE IF ANYTHING IS DONE IN THE MEAN TIME I WILL CALL ANOTHER COMPANY I DONT WANT BABY TO GET COLD ******* tell me it's universal when its needing to be spliced to make it work
