I had issues with my hot water tank yesterday. I called City Wide Hot Water and booked an appointment. A minor issue with my phone number being entered incorrectly delayed my appointment by a day. The next day, Kade called me before he came by the house, was right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and explained the warranty and a few questions I had about the new hot water tank with knowledge and skill. He even tidied up before he left and explained the hot water tank would be picked up within the next day or so. I will definitely be using City Wide for any future hot water tank needs and recommending them to my friends.

I purchased a new hot water tank and leak detector. The person who took my original call was knowledgeable and helpful. They sent a technician to my home that day! Kade, the service technician, was on time, cleaned up and answered all of my questions. When I had an issue with the leak detector they sent Kade the same day I called to report the issue and all was amended to my satisfaction. My old tank was also picked up and recycled within 48 hours. With prompt and knowledgeable assistance and with Kade’s patient and supportive service and expertise, I recommend using City Wide for your hot water tank replacement.

Our hot water tank sprung a leak this morning. I called City Wide Water Heater and was told someone would be here in about a hour. Jordan showed up early and was very pleasant and professional. Jordan did a nice neat professional job on the hot water tank installation. We had a nice conversation on the new tanks regarding manufacturers and warranties etc. Overall a very good experience. Would highly recommend City Wide Water Heater.

The technician Ferdy was awesome. This guy was extremely knowledgable, he explained everything to me, took his time. I was his last call of the day that ended at 9pm. He showed me what was wrong and what was right with the old tank. Explained how to drain the tank appropriately. I hope he enjoys his day off tomorrow. As for City Wide, this all happened on a Sunday evening, no hidden or extra charges. I called and had a new tank same day within hours. Great job guys!

Our hot water tank started leaking on Sunday morning and I called City Wide to see when we could have the heater replaced. The call was answered and next day service was provided. Mike called to make sure we were home and arrived as promised. Once he assessed our situation, he fully explained the options available to us. Due to cost factors, we decided to go with an electric tank after many years with a gas heated unit. Mike was efficient with the installation of the new unit and removal of the old unit. Shortly after Mike left, the electrician came in and made the connections to the panel. The office staff took care of submitting the paperwork to the manufacturer for the warranty and sent us copies for our own records. City Wide staff are very professional and take pride in their work. Highly recommend this company when your hot water heater needs replacing.
