Beautiful outside but bad management and customer service. Got a room with no lights, bad pipes, rats and mosquitoes. Complaints is not taking seriously but they want their money urgently. Dropping this review because I was thoroughly disappointed. If you want to book there insist on what you want else you will be decieved.

The environment is clean. Rooms are well furnished and neat. And the staffs are amazing. Especially the receptionist and the bar attendants. Their response is of the highest quality. I really enjoyed my stay here and would always recommend them and visit anytime I visit Lagos

The ambience is nice. They have a restaurant with tasty meals and great service, they have a swimming pool and bar, clean rooms, they need to fumigate and check their water system better to prevent mosquitoes in rooms, and we didn’t get hot water in the bathroom during my short stay there. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and very close to the airports if you’re traveling.

Terrible experience. We made reservation in advance , when we got there, no room for that price was available..after 2 hours sitting in the reception, they gave us 25k room, that has leakage everywhere in the bathroom..there was not hot water when we came, we had to wait for them to turn on big generator by 7pm for them to pump water and on the heaters for hot water to come . For that price it's was not worth it at all.

The staff was very polite. The shower was not working and when we reported it..someone came in and said yes it's broken, and no one came back to fix it. There also was a mouse that ran in the restroom while I was washing my hands.
