I had a great experience at Ciao Bella Day Spa. Everyone was very welcoming when I arrived. It made it easy to relax right away. The atmosphere is amazing. The spa feels calm, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were also very accommodating. They made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I never felt rushed. I highly recommend Janelle. She does a great job and makes you feel very comfortable. She is friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the experience even better. Overall, I would definitely recommend Ciao Bella Day Spa if you are looking for a relaxing place to go. I will definitely be coming back. 😊

Always a flawless experience here. Janelle, Becky, and the team maintain a very professional, spotless environment. Janelle is wonderful for my laser and waxing treatments, and Becky provides excellent waxing services as well. I’ve had great success with my laser hair removal—it actually hurts much less than other places I’ve been! Appointments are super fast, on time, and easy to book. I also really appreciate Janelle reaching out personally when there are laser sales. Truly professional service from start to finish!"

Absolutely love coming here for my facials, my main girl is Becky, she is absolutely fantastic but Janelle is also wonderful! You wont be disappointed with either of those lovely ladies taking care of you! The skincare line they carry has also been a life saver. When I turned 30 my skin changed overnight and I was lost, nothing was working for me. Since switching the majority of my products over to Image Skincare my skin is back to being hydrated, smooth and radiant. I get compliments all the time!

100% recommend this place to everyone. Becky is amazing with brows and facials. She has really helped improve my skincare routine. Will continue to go back. This place also has great massages. Shelley does a great job at hot stone massages. Very relaxing.

I just had the most incredible 90 minute massage at Ciao Bella! I’ve been going here for many many years, for many services. I’ll always give this spa a solid 10/10. I’d been looking forward to some me time with my busy schedule and today I walked in, the atmosphere was so soothing it immediately put me at ease. My massage with Shelley Davie was exactly what I needed—perfectly balanced pressure and so relaxing. She put me to sleep ha ha. I left feeling completely lulled and even booked my next one.
