Christina Smith has been a lifesaver for me. She is smart and understands what the body needs to heal. As an athlete who wants to push through everything, she has helped me find the balance that works for me. She has remained consistently available and always open to discuss options that suit my lifestyle and headspace. All of my treatments have been followed by exercises that are manageable, useful and easy to follow (including example videos). I have seen countless physios through a lifetime of endurance running and she stands head and shoulders above the crowd.

Can physio be joyful? Yes it can! I am inspired & invigorated after my sessions with Christina! She has taught me exercises to strengthen my weak areas & the logic behind those exercises. The first thing I noticed about Christina was her diagnostic approach to ascertain the severity of my injury. I truly appreciate her respectful & confident nature; it makes me feel like I am working with a professional & a friend at the same time!

Christina is by far the BEST physio I have been treated by. Unlike other physios who put you on a stim machine, leave you for 15 minutes, and then tell you to do exercises for the rest of your time, Christina actually treats you! She is super knowledgeable and creates treatment plans specific to your needs. She continually adapts the plans as your treatment progresses and makes your recovery a tangible thing. I cannot recommend her enough!

Fortunately a friend referred me to Christina for treatment of an ongoing issue with Tennis elbow. Christina was able to arrange time for me quickly which I really appreciated! After weeks of intense pain I immediately felt some relief right after my first treatment . She is very thorough , taking the time to assess me and discern the best treatment plan .
