The girls at chow Bella did a wonderful job on my muffin. It was her first time being professionally groomed. And she looks absolutely amazing! I couldn't be happier!

Our little Havapoo has only ever known Chow Bella, they were referred by a friend when we got her as a pup. They treat her kindly and she always come back looking fabulous. We get an adorable themed picture after every visit. We have also used the drop in nail trim which was great and convenient. Highly recommend these ladies.

We have been long-time (and probably too frequent) visitors to Chow Bella since they opened their doors. Last year, we began taking our pups to get their nails trimmed. One was our senior girl with sensitive toes, the other our young, exuberant and sometimes reactive Husky. The team here is amazing. They take time to make each dog feel comfortable and at ease, recognizing and working with any challenges. Seeing how positive the experience was with nails, our young - and very hairy - Husky lad, began going to the spa. I was far more nervous than he was. Probably. The front staff took time to chat and find a place in the schedule where my Loki wouldn't be too overwhelmed. He was also spoiled by the best of the best, Suzanne. I mean, what dog wouldn't love to be petted, sweet-talked and given treats? While rumor has it he may be a **bit** vocal during his spa session, he has been 3 times now. Most recently, he trotted right in with no bribery and was super excited to see Suzanne. The theme throughout is that Chow Bella takes time to get to know you and your pet. They take time with your pet. Most importantly, they love animals - and it shows.

Chow Bella is wonderful! We moved from Calgary and wasn’t sure if we could find a groomer comparable to our former one, and Chow Bella surpassed our expectations! It is exceptionally clean, friendly staff, and even took a picture of our dog in a back-to-school theme. The price is very reasonable for what they do, and the sweet little extra touches (bandana and picture). We will definitely be bringing our Bernedoodle back!

I am beyond impressed with the grooming service here. The staff truly cares about the pets and the clients. Suzanne always does an amazing job with Lucy! Lucy always comes out looking absolutely adorable, clean, fluffy, and exactly the way I requested and perfect every single time. I always leave feeling confident that my pup is in the best hands. We live far from the salon, but it’s always worth the trip! Thank you Suzanne for your amazing work!
