Hands down the best gym and staff in the area! I’ve been a member for many years, and they truly treat you like family. The equipment is top-notch and constantly being updated with new options. If you’re looking for a super clean gym with a welcoming, family-like atmosphere and plenty of equipment so you’re never waiting to work out, this is the place to be.

Gym has been a good spot for a while. They recently added two Atlantis leg pieces which have been awesome. Unfortunately they just got rid of my favourite piece the standing calf raise. It was older but super solid with a huge weight stack for long progression. Still gonna be my home gym just kinda bummed to see it go.

This gym is fantastic! The facility is clean and has good, well-maintained equipment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work out. The environment is inviting and supportive. The trainers and staff are friendly, approachable, and easy-going. I had a hard time walking in the door because I was embarrassed about my weight, had been living a very sedentary lifestyle and I had no knowledge about working out. But I wanted to make a change. I met Lisa Lark and began training with her twice a week. Lisa has given me 100% support all the time and keeps me motivated. Two years later I feel strong, more confident, and I'm so happy with the changes Lisa has helped me make.

This is by far the best gym in the area, amazing staff, good equipment and positive atmosphere! I have been going since 2021 and wouldnt change to any other gym for the world!
