Originally posted 2022: I had our roof replaced 7-8 years ago and need maintenance now. I had contacted Chisholm for service several times. I got vague responses from Bruce to confirm my address and even spoke on the phone. They never followed up and never came. Perhaps they are only interested in installing a new roof and not maintenance. I have a portion of torch on that has blisters. I also have a leak by the chimney. They installed it but don’t want to service it. I was willing to pay but they don’t even want to help. So if you want a reliable roofer I suggest you look elsewhere. Update 2023: I found another company to look at the roof. The torch-on section that Chisholm installed has failed in less than 9 years. I need to replace the plywood and membrane. I wish I had used another company the first time.

Same situation they don't call back they don't show up Don't understand their way of doing business luckily we found a very reliable company
