I can’t say enough amazing things about Chinook Physiotherapy Clinic and especially Faizal, who is the physiotherapist there. I’ve been seeing him for the past 3.5 years following multiple MVAs, and he has played such a crucial role in my recovery journey. From the beginning, Faizal took the time to thoroughly assess my injuries and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to my specific needs. His expertise in MVA rehabilitation and concussion treatment has truly made a difference in my healing. Concussion symptoms can be incredibly frustrating and lingering, but his knowledge, patience, and structured approach helped me gradually regain clarity, balance, and confidence. What stands out most is his consistency and genuine care. Over the years, he has adjusted my treatments as my body changed, always focusing on long term recovery rather than quick fixes. I’ve been seeing Mr. Faizal as my physiotherapist since August 2025, and the care I’ve received has been outstanding. I had such a terrific experience at Chinook Physio with Mr. Faizal. I had alot of anxiety about my appointment and physio in general. That was all put at ease upon meeting him, which was made even easier by how knowledgeable and easy going he was. Walking me through the entire process and making sure I was comfortable. I visited Chinook Physiotherapy clinic in Calgary and had my assessment with Dr. Faizal. From the very first session, I felt confident that I was in the right hands. He took the time to understand my condition (right lower back pain and right knee pain due to weight lifting) in detail, performed a thorough assessment, and explained everything clearly and patiently. Dr. Faizal is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows what he’s doing. What stood out most to me was the time he spent explaining the root cause and the treatment approach something you rarely see these days. Even after the first session, I felt we were moving in the right direction. I have more sessions scheduled and I am genuinely looking forward to continuing treatment with him. I went to Chinook Physiotherapy Clinic after a car accident and I was dealing with serious back pain. I started treatment with Mr. Faizal and I’m honestly very thankful I did. After a few sessions, my pain started improving and I could feel the difference in my daily life. Mr. Faizal is professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. He listens properly, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable during every visit. Scheduling is also easy, and he is always helpful and flexible.
