Crazy weather event had my roof leaking, company was prompt in answering the phone and directed me to the right person to get me scheduled. After a brief delay they were able to make it out within 2 business days, finishing the repair on a Tuesday -- meanwhile the other roofing company I called didn't get back to me until Thursday after it was fixed! Courteous and kind, they were able to diagnose and assess the issue very quickly and give me security knowing I'll be all set for this season.

Our experience with chilliwack roofing has been less than desirable. The poor communication and lack of accountability made this project way more stressful than it needed to be. It was obvious that they were spread way too thin with other projects and never should have committed to ours. Some days there was only one guy working. There was a day and a half in between where no one was working! When you have animals and a newborn baby at home to deal with (finding accommodations for both) and a 5 day(max) job turns into a 2 week process - it’s extremely frustrating. A person can only be so understanding, until it just comes down to a company being a dud. Our last project with them - hopefully they can improve in the future.

We had Chilliwack Roofing replace our roof, as well as incorporating additional vents for our bathroom fans that were not directly vented outside. The whole crew did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! We are so pleased with the end result and recommend Chilliwack Roofing to anyone looking to get their roof done.

We recently had our roof replaced. Jodi was very helpful in explaining the quote and the work that would be done and the timeline. Albert and his crew did an awesome job. They were very hard working and friendly. The site was cleaned up at the end of each day. Dave came by after the job was done for a final inspection and picked up the remaining materials. We would definitely recommend Chilliwack Roofing to anyone needing a replacement. On a side note – we were told about a couple of issues (that we were unaware of) that needed to be fixed to prevent any further damage if we were not able to proceed with a replacement this year. We thought that was very professional and showed they cared about preserving the integrity of our roof. Thank you Jodi, Stephanie, Dave, Albert and crew – it was a great experience.
