I have had a completely positive experience from my initial appointment to post surgery. The office staff were amazing. Polite, courteous and helpful. Carrie, the hospital coordinator, was absolutely incredible. She was always there to answer any questions and to calm my nerves as I prepared for surgery day. I was very nervous about the surgery as I was going to have most of my teeth extracted for dentures. As it turned out I had nothing at all to be concerned about. Surgery was completely flawless. Dr. Singh did a wonderful job. Infact, it went so well that I did not even need to use the prescription for pain medication that I had filled pre surgery. Thank you to the entire staff and Dr. Singh for everything. I am confident and happy to recommend Chilliwack Oral, Facial and implant Surgery to everyone. You could not be in better hands!♥️

Very relaxing environment I had a pretty severe dental emergency, when I called for help the staff were amazing and pointed me in the right direction. Upon my consultation I was admittedly in pain and nervous. I was treated so well and made to feel very comfortable. When I went a few days later for my oral surgery I had the most comfortable experience and I have had no problems during my healing. I got a phone call from the office to check in on me which I must say was very nice. If I have any other issues or any other needs I will absolutely go back. Wonderful place with amazing staff and Oral surgeon.

I had 4 teeth or roots ext at acted and although I fear dentists and their offices I was extremely pleased by the care and attention I received. The entire staff were wonderful and appropriately humourous making me feel like I was a part of the process and not just another patient. I appreciated the humour and yet the professional demeanour and care of the staff. It was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist and would not hesitate to repeat any further treatment from this office. Staff was great and so was the surgeon they are a great team and it’s obvious very well led FROM THE TOP. Angus McLellan

I had two wisdom teeth removed a couple of weeks ago. I had a great experience with this oral surgery clinic. From the consultation to the final follow-up, the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. I struggle with anxiety, especially around being put under, and they went above and beyond to reassure me and make sure I felt safe and comfortable every step of the way. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the surgeon was very professional and confident, which helped calm my nerves even more. My recovery also went really well. The instructions I was given was easy to understand and follow to avoid any complications while healing. Overall, I’m really thankful I was referred here and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you deal with anxiety or fear around medical procedures.

Great experience getting my one and only wisdom tooth removed! The staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was taken to the back by the kindest nurse and assistant, who walked me through the entire process and made me feel completely at ease. At 30, this was my very first “surgery” and first time being under anesthesia, but they calmed my nerves and made everything so simple. The procedure itself was quick and painless! Dr. Singh was also available beforehand to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing surgical care!
