Today was my second time at Chilliwack nails. Both times I’ve gone I’ve had great experiences! They get you seated so quickly, and their online booking site is super easy and convenient to use - I booked today using the online site 30 minutes before with no issues. The quality of their work is consistently excellent — my nails always come out flawless and exactly how I want them. My acrylic nails lasted over a month with none falling off or breaking. On top of that, the staff is so pleasant and welcoming, which really makes the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find a salon that’s this efficient and delivers such great results. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Chilliwack Nails and had a fantastic experience! The salon is bright and inviting, with a calming atmosphere. My nail technician was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service during my gel manicure and pedicure. The quality of work was outstanding, with perfect polish application and a soothing foot massage. Hygiene standards were high, with all tools sanitized and disposable liners used for foot baths. Pricing is reasonable, especially given the quality. Overall, I left feeling pampered and satisfied. I highly recommend Chilliwack Nails for anyone seeking top-notch nail care!

I got cut during my pedicure! 😠 I'm so choked about this place. I decided to treat myself to a pedicure for my birthday, and after going there, I ended up with a painful cut on my foot that, a week later, still hurts and rubs every time I take a step. First, the girl seemed annoyed when I said no to shellac and gel polish because I just wanted regular polish. Soon after, she cut me with some cheese grater-looking tool. I was bleeding, and then she soaked a cotton ball in acetone and put it on my cut, which stung like crazy! It was my first time there; it felt super rushed, and they didn't even offer a discount for cutting me. Beware of this place, I will never recommend it and I will never go back.

Went here December 23 as my friend swears they are good. Had a gentleman do my nails. Never in all my years of getting nails has it taken 35 minutes for a full set I can see why. Today a nail popped off as I was tying my shoes. A whole week they lasted. Super poorly done, obviously rushed. Will not return.

This is my favourite nail salon, I have had many different people doing my nails here but i like a certain staff person that takes her time and is very articulate and wants to make sure you’re happy. The place is clean and stylish and has tv screens going and many staff available, I made my appointment online a few weeks ahead and picked the staff member I wanted and it was honoured. The gel pedicure and manicure with French tips came to $90 not with tip. Im very happy with the service here. I will be going back.
