I just can’t thank you all enough from the Lovely Cheerful Ladies on the front lines (Cheral, Kelsie) who got me past the front door offering very accommodating appts, expertise on insurance coverage, and many, follow-ups…. to the kind, gentle, pleasant and efficient manner of the assistants (Marvellous Ms Marlene) and others and of course the Expert Dentist Dr. Super Mario who worked his magic to not just make me look good…but feel great. I had new teeth built 😁 You truly are not just a group of professionals but an awesome family…that I highly recommend for all your dental needs 💕🙏💕

The receptionist is very friendly and always has a welcoming smile, very polite staff all around and a good fit for returning or new patients. The doctors themselves are also quite friendly and welcoming as-well and I highly recommend.

They did a dental plate for my ex-husband. Took out all his uppers and then told him to come back in two weeks because his gums would be healed by then. That was just before Christmas and was told we would have to come back for free adjustments. So we booked to come in for a free adjustments and they tell him that he has to pay $629 to get a realignment. His whole plate only cost $800. When I asked why he has to pay for a realignment, they told us that you will always have to get a real alignment after dentures because the gums need six months to heal. Why would they tell him to come back in two weeks to get his teeth done if it wasn’t even ready this I asked them if they do this on purpose so that people can come back for it to pay for a realignment and she said yes that’s what happens. I told him that that is absolutely a scam and that if he had needed six months for his gum to heal, he would’ve waited the six months for his gum to heal. I think Chilliwack Dental is a scam. I used one of their other offices there and they did the same thing to me. Told me I wouldn’t have to pay twice for sedation because they couldn’t do two teeth at on the one day and I questioned will I be charged twice for sedation. They said no then after they did the first tooth and had me out then they said oh yes you still have to pay 500 or $600 more for sedation for the second tooth. I think this is just a money, grabbing scam and I think that these offices should be put on notice. Seniors don’t have that kind of money and they know it but they don’t care and they just want to make sure they get every penny out of you beware and do your research before you pick this Dentist group.

Given the number of issues I have with dentists (fear, panic, etc) the dentist was amazing and very patient. Staff went beyond to accommodate and treat you like you really matter! Dental work performed was excellent. Back for next round end of month. They might get five stars then but just wanted to be sure it wasn’t a one off that they were so terrific! 😂

We visited Chilliwack Dental Centre today for my son, the dentist and dental team were incredibly patient and gentle with my son. They took the time to explain everything in a way he could understand, which really helped him feel comfortable and relaxed. I truly appreciate the compassion, professionalism, and excellent service we received. I highly recommend Chilliwack Dental Centre to families. We will definitely be returning for future visits.
