I had such a great experience with Chilliwack Animal Hospital when my kitten went in to be neutered. The team took amazing care of him and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful for me. What really stood out was that they called the day after his procedure just to check in and see how he was doing. That extra follow-up meant so much and showed how much they genuinely care about their patients. I’m so grateful for the kindness and attention they gave my little guy. I highly recommend them to anyone.

This is a very late review but in April 2024 I brought my dog in to this vets during a road trip for lethargy and suddenly not eating. They were thorough and worked quickly, completing a blood test which showed levels so low the marker was not even on the lowest end of the bar. Soon after they showed us a scan with a giant mass which blocked the view of all of her organs. They informed us of the possibilities for which the outlook did not look good, and sent us to an emergency hospital in Langley. Their effectiveness allowed us to get her into the animal hospital quickly to see if she would stabilise for surgery and later, another vets to perform the splenoctomy. We expected anything from a few more weeks to a month or two with her. Despite the odds and her being 13, she made a full recovery and the biopsy showed no cancer. Recently we celebrated her 15th birthday. Very grateful for this vet for taking our concerns seriously, seeing us quickly, and exploring the possibilities with us.

My Cat was neutered and microchipped by these guys (Dr Manpreet Kaur to be exact) & he came back home as if nothing even happened once the anesthetic wore off... Then today, approx 3 weeks later, I woke up to him just howling & growling in pain & licking his genitals...turns out he developed UTI after healing which can happen though he could not pee which is a death sentence for Cats within 24-48 hours... And not only did they work with us on virtually every level & kept me informed every step of the way because it was such a last minute spur of the moment emergency I only had so much cash on me which was only enough to cover barely half the bill & the owner of Chilliwack Animal Hospital took it upon himself & just told his staff to take what I had on me at that moment, & said "Save the Cat" & allowed us to work out a payment plan!!! YOU SAVED MY BOY!!! We are are TRULY in your debt!!! I have no proper words, mere words PALE in comparison to the service they did there today.

I noticed my cat Titan had become lethargic and his fur had began to get oily as if he wasn't properly grooming himself, his eyes were sunken in and glossy and his gums were pale - a good sign of dehydration; panicked, I was unsure what to do or where to go, I thought my best bet was to go to this clinic as they had some good reviews and I had just moved here, so I took the shot. Right away the staff were very friendly and welcoming, they took Titan in right away and confirmed he was dehydrated, but they also discovered that he had been fighting an infection for some time that we didn't even know about. The doctors here did an amazing job with my boy and he's now back to being his normal self. I really appreciate their quick action and attention to detail, if anyone is in a situation where they're unsure, check this clinic out. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Bhatoa for helping Titan.

They saved my 7 month old kittens life!! I called them after I noticed my kitten, sweetie, was vomiting alot and refusing to eat or drink. They got her in within 45 minutes, it turned out that she had swallowed string and it was intwined in 70% of her small intestine. They performed surgery and showed me the string after, which was so long! They really took good care of her and even though the surgery took alot longer then expected, they stayed true to their estimate. Thank you so much for saving our little sweetie ❤️
