This salon fell short of my expectations on my last visit, unfortunately. I went with my husband as a treat. I used to live in the condo above so would come to this salon quite often two years ago and have had several pedicures and manicures here. I know they always did a great job so I brought my partner along. I have had about two dozen similar services at other salons. I didn't recognize any of the pedicurists/manicurists when I last went. I got two imperial pedicures for us and also had my fingernails manicured with artwork. The woman who did my pedicure, wasn't paying attention and was scrubbing extremely aggressively while scrubbing with the yellow exfoliating sponge and ended up cutting through my skin in two spots on the first foot she worked on. It was bleeding while she was talking to the person who was about to work on my fingernails. After telling the woman to stop, she put my foot back into the bath. She continued putting oils and rubbing the cuts which stung and didn't feel very good. I've never bled from any of these types of treatments before and every other manicurist/pedicurist I've had has been able to assess how to do their job without me having to explain it to them. On top of it, a 75 minute appointment turned into 2.5 hours because my toenails which they had placed by a fan and sprayed several times with aerosol nail polish dryer took extra long to dry and when I finally did leave, it turned out they still weren't dry because when I came home and took my socks off, the polish was stuck to it changing the texture and look of it. The business has since rectified the situation so I appreciate that and hope they continue to hold the same high standards that I know they have had in the past. On the other hand, the manicurist did a lovely job. I showed her exactly what I wanted with a photo on my phone and she was able to replicate it very nicely.

I absolutely love this shop and the ladies who work there. This is the only place I get my nails done for a reason. I love the long stilleto style nails. These ladies do an incredible job every time. Thank you for the great work ladies.

Their nail techs are all amazing and they take their time to ensure your nails are perfectly shaped! I love that they also have great customer service as well and easy to book appointments online or over the phone.

I found this nail salon randomly on Google, and it turned out to be one of the best I’ve ever been to! Vy was my nail tech and she was amazing — super friendly, patient, and incredibly detail-oriented. She took her time with every step and made sure everything was symmetrical and just the way I liked it. You can really tell she cares about the quality of her work. I left feeling so happy with my nails and the whole experience. Definitely coming back!

I’m so happy that I’ve decided to give Chichis a try! The ladies are very nice, accommodating and attentive, and their wide color selection is a bonus. They check in every step to ensure that you’re happy with the length, shape, and color which is really appreciated. I also appreciate that they’re gentle with their gel/shellac removal and my nails aren’t fragile/ hurting (this is one of the reasons that I’ve switched over from my last nail place) 🙂 I love that they have massage chairs for when you get pedicures. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality and care that they provide for their clients. I’ve been going to Chichis since Nov/ Dec and I’m walk out happy every time.
