Long story short, unprofessional. Did not seem confident in their skills when coming to fix the laundry vent for the dryer in our trailer. Turned what once was a 4” in diameter vent hose hole into a now over 10” rectangular chunk missing out of our wall, he said that was the repair done..SO WRONG! Vent hose isn’t even connected to our vent to feed out of our trailer, it is just feeding into the crawl space underneath (and no they did not even bother to go into the crawl space or ask where it is). Do not recommend unless you want holes unnecessarily in your walls and complete incompetence as a tradesman working on your home. Would give 0 stars if I could. Incomplete job, unprofessional (cannot stress that enough). Will not be seeking future services at all. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! (The left is after, right is before if you’re looking at the picture)

I had Travis put an AC unit in my house last year. It worked maybe a few times had them come back and another man came over and he told me that Travis shouldn’t of put the AC in as my furnace was too old and couldn’t keep up. Travis put it in anyway and here I am with an AC unit that I have to pay for and doesn’t work!! I bet he’ll charge me to fix the damm thing! If possible he’ll probably say I need a new furnace instead of just telling me Last year that I need a new furnace. One more thing Travis also said that he had only saw one other person with problems like ours as he had issues hooking it up.
