I visited last evening and grabbed the key from front. When I entered in the men's washroom I had a really unpleasant experience at this washroom. The toilet was clearly clogged and left in a completely unusable and unhygienic condition. It looked like it hadn’t been checked or cleaned in a while, which is very concerning for a public or customer-facing space. A washroom should be one of the top priorities when it comes to cleanliness, and this definitely did not meet basic standards. On top of that, the front cashier girl was busy using her phone instead of paying attention to customers or the condition of the place. It gave the impression that staff were not attentive or concerned about maintaining the facility.
