Not touchless. The brushes are def a bit abrasive on the car side. Dryer does not dry car completely. Seems to be pricey for the value and cleanliness.

Reported to the store 4 times over 3 weeks that the lower water jets are not properly working to hose off soak on the lower section of my car. The pictures show the soap on my wheels, but soap is actually still on my car below my mirrors
