Due to a power outage that occurred on February 1, 2026, around 1:25 pm, my vehicle was retained inside this car wash for over 40 minutes with no way to exit. Both vehicle access doors are fully electric and became completely locked. Although I was able to exit the area on foot, leaving my vehicle behind was not a reasonable or realistic option, especially given the uncertainty around how long the outage would last and the lack of guidance provided. What was most concerning was that there appeared to be no emergency procedure in place, no visible manual release system, and no staff trained on how to safely open the doors in the event of a power failure. Staff initially indicated that everything depends on electricity and that there was no alternative. After repeated requests, employees did attempt to troubleshoot using tools and a ladder, but it was clear they were improvising rather than following a defined protocol. I want to be clear that the employees themselves were polite and respectful. This review is not directed at them, but rather at management and operational planning. A car wash operating as part of a service station should have a clear, well-communicated procedure for power outages that does not result in a customer’s vehicle being effectively detained. This situation raised serious concerns about safety, preparedness, and customer service, and I strongly encourage management to address this urgently through proper training and emergency planning.

It is pretty good but the reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 star is because for some reason their clear coat protectant never kicks in!

No water pressure, vehicle looked just as dirty after washing as before. Constantly having to add more money(even with tap) to be able to continue

What a cheap car wash, and not cheap on the wallet per say. Spent $7 to wash my truck. Water was useful, not hot but I am sure it was trying to it's best. And probably in that time of washing my truck, I maybe got a tea spoon of soap from the wand and the foam brush felt like it was afraid to use soap. Would have been better off using just straight water or the snow next to the car wash, probably would have been cleaner to be honest. I will still get fuel from this station, but I'll be avoiding the car wash.
