Paid for a basic wash, but the car came out still dirty. When I asked, staff said they won’t take any action because it’s a ‘basic wash’. Very disappointing customer service.

Pulled up to pump, get out, tap card then see that pump is out of service on screen. Attendant comes on and tells me to move to different pump because this pump is full serve. The station had about 10 cars moving around station. If you are closing pumps you need to make it more obvious, perhaps put a sign on pump. I was will long to pay extra because I was short of time and not willing to try to jockey for another pump. You need to do better to keep customers. I will not patronize again.

Very mediocre. I will argue any sort of convenience as you can expect to be waiting over 25 mins if you have a car in line ahead of you. I would recommend walking around and checking first if you can spare the time. To its credit, it doesn’t do a half bad job as far as touchless car washes go. I can see taking a muddy 4x4 through there without any issues.

Their car wash works ok but after the car is washed , their blower is not working. This happened with me for two times now. I complained about this to attendant but till date issue is not yet fixed. There is no use of washing the car if it cannot be dried.

Nice touchless car wash that does a good job of washing off the road grime. Don't expect this to do as well as a thorough hand wash. But the convenience and speed makes this car wash a great option.
