Cherry Roofing did our roof about a week ago and it looks fantastic—it honestly feels like a brand new home! Alec, our sales rep, explained everything clearly and helped us choose the best option for our budget. Eduardo handled the initial tarping and final inspections and was thorough, making sure everything was done right. The crew was great — quick, professional, and left everything spotless! Cherry Roofing did a fantastic job on replacing my roof. There was a bunch of plywood that needed replacement and they handled that along with installing roof mounts for the patio so I will not have roof damage in the future. They had a crew large enough to get the job mostly complete in a single day. I am very happy with the quality of the materials (shingles) they used. The estimates were the most complete I received so there was very little difference between the estimate and actual. That was different from other companies.

Cherry Roofing did a fantastic job. We had to have new decking on our roof, new shingles installed, as well as chimney repair. Alec put us at ease and kept us up to date every step of the way. He updated us weekly about the status of our job (fortunately because of fair weather, the wait was not that long). Every appointment, from inspection to completion, was on time. We were particularly concerned because we have a lot of plants around our house and the guys were extra careful and the clean-up was fantastic. Highly recommend this company!

We called Cherry Roofing to help assess and repair a leak that resulted in mushy plywood and some mold in our attic crawl space. Cherry Roofing was quick to respond to our call, assess the immediate problem, and put in a temporary patch job to minimize damage and buy time to get a full roof assessment and quote. The sales pitch was informative and super low pressure. We were invited to take our time and get quotes from other contractors, though of course there were incentives for sticking with Cherry Roofing. Given the age of the roof (15 years), general wear and tear, issues left from prior homeowners and the original builder, and damage from the leak, we decided it was indeed time for a new roof, and while it wasn't the happiest decision, Cherry Roofing did an amazing job and made the whole situation as painless as possible. Communication was great, even when there was a shift in scheduling, expectations were exceeded (they finished in 1 day instead of 2), they were super respectful of our property, using tarps to collect most major debris, and going over the yard several times with magnets to try and get nails and other smaller debris. In 3 weeks, I've only found a single missed nail! Final price was right on target, and they waived the cost of the initial repair. All in all, Cherry Roofing helped replace plywood, correct wear and tear issues with collapsed ventilation baffles, reroute older, inefficient vent pathways, correct gutter and downspout issues, and remove a poorly installed sun-tunnel. They were also quick to provide recommendations for contractors to help with the interior drywall and reconstruction work. While I don't expect to need another roof for quite a while, I would purchase from Cherry Roofing again and will recommend them to friends and family. It appears they offer moss treatment and removal services, so I know who I'll be trusting with maintenance services for my gorgeous new roof.

Cherry Roofing did a beautiful job on our new roof. We had sprung quite a few leaks from a roof that was not properly installed 12 years ago. They were professional from the moment we met them-prepared, on time, efficient, good communication, skilled, and reasonably priced. The chimney wrap is really nice. The roof looks great and is set for decades now. Their follow-up services and warranties are especially good. We recommend this company.
