Lately I’ve been feeling kind of talked out with work and school and such so I booked a scalp treatment and a trim to relax. Not necessarily complaining but a lot of hairdressers like to chat to build rapport with their clients which is fair, but Jonnie, bless his heart just let me sit there, eyes closed, and soak it all in. Had a great time here! I went to Alanna for a design on my buzzcut, i love the way it turned out! The colour is spot on and the design is so clean. She made the experience very easy and comfortable. Great vibes all around - Thank you!

I had such an incredible experience at Chatters with Melissa. 🙏 From the very beginning, she took time and care with my hair! Nothing felt rushed, and I truly felt seen and listened to. Melissa is incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful in everything she does. The color we achieved is beyond anything I could have imagined. I never realized that this tone (a natural red) would make my complexion glow and my eyes appear even more vibrantly green than they already are...but somehow Melissa just knew. She gave me more than I ever could have expected, and the result makes me feel genuinely beautiful. The cut is just as stunning!! balanced, flattering, and perfectly suited to me. I walked out feeling confident and like I was seeing myself in a whole new light. I’m so grateful to Melissa for her talent, care, and intuition. I cannot wait for my next appointment. The blonde lady that helped me pick out products today , Friday, January 9th around 2pm was professional, welcoming, helpful, patient, kind, and intelligent with her product knowledge. I did not get her name but she had long blonde hair and she was working the retail front end. The salon looked very clean, modern, organized, and new.

I had such an amazing experience with Alanna!! Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. I got my hair bleached and dyed, and even though it was a long process, she made it super comfortable and enjoyable the whole time. There was no inspo pic, she took the time with me to confirm exactly what I had wanted and the result came out so beautifully and vibrant. I'm just overall so happy with how my hair turned out. Alanna explained her process and what was going to happen next so I felt fully prepared, she even took some extra time to recommend me products to help protect my hair and lengthen the vibrancy of the colour. I highly recommend Alanna if you're looking for someone talented, kind and professional!
