I came to the nail salon letting the owner know that I really need some foot care, mainly help with my cracked, dried, heels. She made sure to let the wonderful lady who did my feet know what I needed as I did not care for polish, I just wanted my feet cleaned up and worked on well. She also made sure I got a good foot massage (bonus!). The owner also recommended how to care for my feet at home using the simplest products that you would already have at home (no upsell, which I have been to salons who usually try to sell you products). I appreciated the ladies so much taking care of me as my feet have been so sore and needed so much care! Thank you!

What a wild, and wonderful day. Ended up sneaking away for a manicure and pedicure this afternoon, after a very early start. I ended up getting my nails done, beside a young lady celebrating her birthday (the tiara gave it away). Yet she seemed extremely sad. After a bit of conversation. She shared about what had her down. Not my story to tell. However, she’d been through a lot. Some of her story resonated with me. I just wanted to thank the owner of Chateau De Nails, Thuy, for having so much grace and kindness for people in our community. One of the reasons I will continue going back for my services, is the great quality of treatments . However when the owner of a business goes so far above and beyond, to make people feel cared for when they’re obviously struggling. Well it’s why I wanted to write this post. Thank you Thuy and Vicki 🤍.
