I’ve been going to this dentist for about 1-2 years now and I’m so glad I made the switch. I hate going to the dentist and always dread doing so but I don’t mind coming here at all, I always have a comfortable experience. I’ve dealt with both Dr. Ken and Dr. Christabelle and they are both amazing. All the hygienists are also great! Receptionists are always welcoming. My toddler has been going here too and he always has the best experience. I’ve learned so much about dental health in general since coming here. I used to live in the area but we’ve moved to Burke Mountain and I still drive all the way here for my appointments.

I’ve had such a great experience at Charm Dental. Dr. Christabelle Kang and the hygienists (shout out to Vivian!) are always gentle and patient, and make every visit feel easy and comfortable. I also really appreciate that they don’t pressure you into anything—just honest advice and great care.

I had an excellent experience at Charm Dental. The dentist and the entire team are extremely professional, kind, and welcoming. The dentist always takes the time to explain everything in great detail, carefully reviews all issues, and makes sure that patients fully understand their options before making any decisions. It is very clear that patient satisfaction and informed decision-making are more important to them than profit. The staff are very patient, respectful, and truly customer-focused. I have honestly never been this impressed by a dental clinic before. Every visit has been a pleasant experience, and I am very satisfied with all the services I have received. I highly recommend Charm Dental.

This should be the gold standard for all dental practices. I've been here a handful of times and each time was a stellar experience. The front desk team are all super warm and welcoming, Harish - remembered who I was as soon as I walked in on the second visit! All the staff whom I have encountered are all amazing. The hygienist Amber is friendly, loves a chat and does a great job cleaning. She was so thorough with every nook and cranny of each tooth! I've been to many hygienists over the course of my life in different parts of the world and she has been the best by far. Dr. Ken - outstandingly professional and informative. He patiently addresses any concerns and explains the areas that require attention in such a way that is scientific but easily understood. He also skillfully fitted my temporary crown as well as my permanent crown with such precision. The place is so clean and their equipment is so high tech. They even suspend TVs on the ceiling so patients are able to watch YouTube or Netflix whilst doing their procedure. I cannot speak highly enough of this place and even recommended my friends and family to switch to Charm Dental :) Thank you Dr Ken & team.

I had a filling done today by Dr. Ken, and I’m very impressed. He is very gentle, detail-oriented, and makes the whole procedure feel comfortable from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and checked in often to make sure I was doing okay. The result looks and feels amazing — you can barely tell any work was done. The clinic is clean, professional, and the whole team is friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Dr. Ken if you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares about his patients and delivers excellent work!
