Just had a new furnace and hot water tank installed yesterday and 10 stars all around!!! The process was super quick and efficient. Amazing company!! Amazing technicians with years of experience!! It's all about the customer. Having peace of mind is priceless.

Troy Provencher came and hooked up all of our newly renovated kitchen. Included sink, facet, garburator and garburator switch. He was willing to have me watch and explained various installations. Tight and neat under sink cabinet leaving more room than I e seen in other installations. Great guy! I would recommend his and Charlton & Hill services.

Ryan came fast and did all the job for only 2 hrs,, they even checked my furnace if got soaked with water from the damage of the tank that leaked.. Ryan was very pleasant and professional. He discussed to me options to choose from and get some opinion from him as well.Never get wrong for choosing charlton and hill

We are always happy with the service from them. They have come to check our furnace numerous times. The technicians are always very knowledgeable and friendly. They do a thorough job and are good at explaining to us what is wrong. Our son has autism and they are very patient and kind to answer all his questions and explain things to him. Twice we have had Keevin and are very happy with him. He is so great with our son. Highly recommend this company.

Stephen and Johnathan, Austin, Barry, Keevin, Riley were all GREAT! Very friendly and helpful. Anticipated our questions and answered any other questions we had. And they cleaned up after themselves!
