I adopted a kitten in late November who had been neutered by the rescue org two weeks before. He subsequently developed an antibiotic-resistant infection that was difficult to treat. I took him to Dr. Botyari for care, and he explained the possible causes underlying the resistant infection, sought additional insight from a specialist colleague, and provided the right course of treatment to solve the issue. I'm very impressed with the care he provides to animals, and also the time he spends providing guidance and reassurance to owners. Bodhi is happy and healthy again thanks to Champlain Animal Clinic!

The spay of my 6 month old kitten went smoothly! Good communication about the whole procedure and process. The staff there is always lovely to deal with.

My pup had complications when he got neutered and the veterinarian didn’t even come out to tell me himself - the receptionist or assistant had to. What upsets me the most is they wouldn’t admit fault. Clearly, they did not do any tests for respiratory of allergic reactions to anesthesia. The doctor was couldn’t care enough to notify me of his incompetency. On top of that, they will still overcharge you. The staff is rude so avoid asking questions or you’ll upset them. If you still insist on taking your pet here, you’ll know exactly what I mean.

The doctor is one of the most caring kind and generous vets I've met in a long time. I started bringing my cats here and the level of attention care and love they provide to my pets is unmatched. The front staff are also so caring and kind. I look forward to seeing Jennifer when I go in. And like I said Dr Mehdi is a very kind a caring soul.

Took my dog here and had a great experience. The team was kind, professional, and took really good care of my pup. Dr. Mehdi was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all my questions honestly without rushing. I felt comfortable and trusted them completely. Highly recommend!
