Champagne Nail Lounge at the Quay

I have been going to Champagne Nail Lounge since moving to the Quay in September. I’ve been booking the exact same service every time I go, every three weeks, and 75% of the time I get French tip. Last week I received a gorgeous set of French tips. I could tell the tech was being meticulous and I really appreciated it. In fact I’ve loved my nails 95% of the time but the customer service is atrocious. Unfortunately, the experience I had with their receptionist has left me looking for a new salon. When I checked out she told me I booked the wrong type of appointment and didn’t check that I wanted French tips, and because they take longer, all the customers are behind because of me. I feel awful, had they said I couldn’t do French tip at the start of the appointment because I didn’t book correctly I would have happily had a solid set. There were so many better ways of handling this. I left feeling shamed. Not a great customer experience.

I visited this salon twice so far and got shellac mani and pedi combo with pearl white chrome yesterday. My artist was Thao Tan both times and she did a great job. I showed her a picture of my desired nails and she did exactly the same work. Their pedi service also feels better than what I have experienced in Surrey. I will highly recommend to girls to visit them once and their service won't disappoint you. I am glad that my husband introduced me to this place as a mother's day surprise last year and now its my go to salon.

What a lovely salon!! Absolutely talented and friendly staff. They provided champagne as soon as we sat to our seats and they also helped me celebrate my friend’s birthday with a beautiful cake slice!!! Ps: they gave cake to all the customers to celebrate thanksgiving!! Highly recommend this place

This was my second time with Serena, and once again she did an amazing job! I absolutely love her work and the care she puts into my nails. She’s so friendly, fun, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. Honestly, I adore her—she’s the only one I trust to touch my nails. I’m very picky, but she always listens carefully, understands exactly what I want, and makes it happen. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she never rushes. Every time I leave, my nails look perfect and I feel so happy. On top of being so talented, Serena makes you feel comfortable and valued. It’s like spending time with a friend while getting pampered. I can confidently say she’s the best, and I’ll always come back to her. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for amazing nails and a great experience!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Champagne! The team is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, making every visit a pleasure. The nail artists truly care about meeting your needs and always take the time to ensure that you get exactly what you want. I love new jelly color selection or a classic design look, they always deliver with precision and creativity. I’ve consistently had a great experience with them and always leave feeling pampered and satisfied. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch nail care and a welcoming atmosphere!
