I just returned from what I would consider the best dental experience I have ever had...I am a reluctant and nervous patient who needs a calm and understanding dentist office. Dr. Elham was patient, understanding and, explained everything so well...They made me feel confident in moving forward for my additional dental care needs...THANKS to everyone from reception to hygienist to dentist...

I’ve been coming here since I was 16 as I became legal I went in to change my contact information to my own as I do not live with my parents right after this I came in got my cleaning it was my first time without my parents when the cleaning was done a bill was not given to me only a toothbrush so I assumed my fathers insurance covered it I come back for a second cleaning as the hygienist did not finish in the first appointment tell me why the old Persian receptionist tells me once I’m done I have a outstanding bill of $600 says from the two cleaning appointments and from my two cleaning appointments prior to the first ones by myself she said “the insurance actually didn’t go through” Those appointments were from 2024 I had come back three times after and nothing was told to me until my 4th appointment Then she tells me that this information has been given to me in an email she shows me the email and it’s my mothers email then she starts lecturing about “in the real world you need to change your information no one is gonna do it for you” I told her I did come in to change it and even if I didn’t you can see the patients name and the email are two different names so how can you expect me to see that lol she continued to be rude and then told me not to give her attitude when I was just matching her uptight snobby attitude she couldn’t take it the new young brown receptionist there is really nice great customer service maybe she could learn something from you!! Since I was 16 she’s always had a horrible demeanor didn’t know she treated people like that too lost a loyal client ✌🏼onto a better dentist office seeing how many reviews there are about scamming I wouldn’t be surprised if she also overcharged me but I didn’t even ask to see just paid it so I could be done with these guys be careful

I had such a great experience at CGS. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and received exceptional care. The dentist and dental assistant were amazing — they really took their time to make me feel comfortable, especially since I was very nervous about needles. Their professionalism and kindness made a huge difference. The reception team was also wonderful and welcoming. Overall, this is a great dental clinic, and I highly recommend it!

Sanaz always makes me feel so welcome and comfortable during my appointments, she is extremely hospitable, gentle and skilled with her work. No pain, no compromise on cleanliness, always keeps me up to date on my oral health needs.

I went for cleaning this past weekend. I was late about 15-20 minutes. The cleaning went well but I was over charged for services. Based on the charges, it should’ve taken them 45 min to an hour but they only spend about 30 minutes with me. They charged me for root planning which was not done. I called and complained but the manager said that the charges were correct. I have been going to this dentist for atleast 10-15 years. Please check your receipt before paying for it and probably charging too much to insurance too. I’ll not be going back to them that’s for sure.
