What I appreciate most is his honesty and genuine dedication toward his clients. He takes the time to carefully explain procedures, discuss realistic expectations, and recommend only what is truly necessary. You never feel pressured — instead, you feel guided by someone who genuinely prioritizes patient safety and natural results. Isabella, is equally outstanding. Isabel and Dr. Chetty at Cerulean Medical Institute have somehow made the not-so-fun experience of treating my melasma genuinely enjoyable. Even when I’m nervous about a treatment (like a skin peel or medical microneedling!), I look forward to seeing them. Their approach is education-first, results-driven, and truly caring. Their professional Medical educations and experiences shine through in everything they do, and it gives me complete confidence that I’m in the right hands. Appointments are thorough, always on time, and never rushed. When you’re with them, you feel like their only patient - not patient number 10 in room 6, which I’ve experienced elsewhere. I’ve been seeing Dr. Chetty for dermal fillers for several years now, and I’m always impressed with the results.
