Made to feel extremely unwelcome! Unfortunately I think Sean has passed his expiry on customer service! Lovely female instructor I had, very welcoming and offered to book me in again and beautiful spot but the owner was horrendous! When I spoke with him at the end of the class to ask how I could pay for the class because I had an issue on the website, I’ve never been belittled, humiliated and made to feel so unwelcome in my life! The poor gorgeous instructor looked at me like this wasn’t the first time for this awful behaviour to occur! The poor lady! Then Sean (the owner) had the audacity to email me to recommend I try other Pilates studios in town and hence I don’t return! Absolutely appalling behaviour all because I had an issue on the website but had emailed and text him to book in like he requested! Avoid at all costs! I can see why the other studios in town are fully booked and this one isn’t! I feel sorry for the gorgeous instructor!

What a fun professional team here at Centred Pilates. I love the personal attention that you get in private semiprivate or even group classes. Staff are incredibly well trained and educated and have a fabulous ability to adapt to any rehab situation. Emphasis is really put on safety and proper technique. Lots of adaptations presented if needed. Never the same class content to keep things fresh. The Orchard studio setting is beautiful and there's lots of room between reformers. Love this location and love the team! Thanks Sean and Ashley!

I can't say enough good about this studio, which has the most beautifully appointed and sunlit space, top of the line equipment, highly skilled and dedicated instructors and a very welcoming environment. While I am working on tuning into my body and making it stronger, more balanced and more aligned with Pilates, my soul is being recharged too! There is an awesome public walking trail at the end of the lane near the studio and going for walk in the lovely countryside is a wonderful way to end practice at Centred Pilates. Thanks for being a place of refuge, inspiration and community!

Absolutely loved my first class! The studio is in an orchard, brand new! Feels like a dream! The teacher was very knowledgeable! And personable! Woyld highly recommend!

Old stiff guy here! I cannot recommend Sean and Centred Pilates strongly enough. I have had no experience with Pilates before. I did a bit of yoga in my 20s, but that was it for stretching and contortion experience. Sean has opened my eyes to the life changing benefits of Pilates. He is patient, experienced, attuned to all individuals needs. The location of the studio is perfect, the space is serene, beautiful and calming. I highly recommend Sean and Centred Pilates it has changed my life. I feel more comfortable in my old stiff body, and aches and pains have subsided. I fully intend to continue with Centred Pilates in the long term. Thank you Sean!
